Nutrition Therapy

How it works

Step 1. First session is a 90-minute initial assessment. Before your first session you will be asked to complete and return a food diary. During the initial consultation we will do a detailed analysis of your health history to get to know you and answer any questions you might have. We will explore your eating habits, relationship with food and body image, what you are hoping to get out of working together and more.

Step 2. On the basis of gathered information I provide a bespoke nutritional and lifestyle plan for you to promote true holistic health. After the session you will be sent an email with a breakdown of the points discussed during the consultation, the plan and supporting material such as handouts, recipe ideas and useful exercises as needed.

Step 3. Follow ups are weekly, fortnightly or monthly, depending on your individual needs. We will work on your day-to-day challenges, eating habits, planning ahead, sleep habits, food preferences, recipes, intolerances, stress management and movement. Email and/or telephone support in between sessions as needed.

Intuitive Eating 

Intuitive eating is for those who have a history of dieting and disordered eating behaviours, have poor relationship with food and their body. There are 10 principle of IE that we will go through during the consultations. Intuitive eating is aimed to help you learn to tune-in to your body’s hunger and satiety cues, stop dieting, make peace with food, address emotional eating and overeating.

Terms and Conditions:

  • The above pricing structure is for clinic appointments at The Box Tree Clinic , Skype and home visit charges will vary.

  • Initial consultation sessions will require a £30 deposit to confirm your booking, which will be deducted from the session charge.

  • All packages must be paid for in advance to receive the discount they offer and used within 12 months of purchase.

  • Payment of invoices is required within 7 days of receipt.
