Personal Training


I spent my teenage years as a classical dancer in Belarus (my home country). When I moved to London I discovered gym, got a PT and learned how to squat which transformed and strengthened my glute muscles. I made a decision to become a health professional and was trained by London’s most acclaimed strength and conditioning coaches. 

My philosophy around training is to focus on skills, strength and flexibility rather than focusing on the aesthetic side of fitness (aka. the six pack). I believe that fitness has to be fun and empowering. Sport and regular physical activity have many health benefits that are beyond aesthetics: better bone health, stronger heart, mental health benefits and many more.

Sessions typically combine strength training, mobility and flexibility techniques to help you cultivate body awareness and be connected to your body. Every client receives a customized plan informed by their personal story and wellness goals.

I love wake-boarding, cycling, flying on a trapeze, handstands and downward dog.
